ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Tamia and I was born in Brooklyn, New York, but raised in Richmond, Virginia; however, you can find me where HAPPINESS is. I am determined to enjoy life, acknowledge and celebrate all milestones and accomplishments and be happy for myself and others.

Happiness means living a purposeful and meaningful life. I no longer allow unpleasant moments to dictate my mood or actions. I refuse to give it that much power. I acknowledge, address, learn from and pray on it, then let it GO! I reflect on the positive things---things that make me smile, laugh, bring joy and HAPPINESS!

Why Happiness Soirée?
What started as a gathering with family and friends to have fun, celebrate life, and encourage happiness, sparked a new way of thinking and living... a lifestyle. Since our first event, Happiness Soirée: Sprinkled with Love on Saturday, April 27, 2019, we have held other events such as Christmas Sweets Edition, Beach Edition, Friendsgiving and even had our first collaboration with a local yoga instructor for Self Care Sunday.
